Lanski helps homeowners in South Florida work out what is wrong with their plumbing, see what the fix costs, and get a local plumber. This policy explains what the app collects, why, who else handles it, and how to delete it.

Who we are
Lanski is a trade name of Fixly AI LLC, 6600 SW 123 Street, Miami, Florida 33156, United States (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the Lanski app for iPhone and Android and the website lanski.ai.
What we collect
If you use Lanski to get a plumber
- Your phone number. You sign in with your mobile number, and we text you a one-time code to confirm it is yours. This is the number a plumber calls.
- Your name and address. First and last name, street address, unit if you have one, ZIP code and county (Broward, Miami-Dade or Palm Beach), so a plumber can find you.
- What you tell the assistant. The words you type about the problem, your answers to its questions, and the language you use, together with the likely causes and prices the app showed you.
- Your requests. The quote you agreed to, exactly as shown, when you agreed, whether a plumber accepted, and which one.
If you are a plumber
Your phone number (confirmed by text message), the areas you work in, and the jobs you accepted.
Before you sign in
You can talk to the assistant and see a quote without an account. To keep that conversation, the app creates a guest account with no name or phone number. If you sign in, the conversation moves to your account.
Technical information
- Crash and performance reports. When the app crashes or hits an error it can send a report: the error, what the app was doing, your device model and system version, and the app version. It also sends a sample of performance measurements, such as how long screens and requests take.
- Server records. Our servers and our sign-in provider keep standard records of requests, such as the time and the IP address, to run the service and protect it from abuse.
- On your phone. The app stores your sign-in session and, while one is being sent, your plumber request, so neither is lost if the app closes.
What we do not collect
This version of the app does not use your location, contacts, camera, microphone or photos. It has no ads or advertising trackers, and we do not follow you across other apps or websites.
How we use it
- To work out what is most likely wrong and price each likely fix. The assistant uses AI to understand what you write; the prices come from our own price lists, not from the AI.
- To send your request to plumbers who work in your county. Before accepting, they see only your county, a short description of the problem that we write, and the likely repairs with their prices. They do not see your name, phone number, address or your own words.
- To give the plumber who accepts your request your name, phone number and address, so they can call you and come to the job.
- To keep you signed in, keep accounts secure, answer you when you contact us, and fix bugs.
- To improve how Lanski diagnoses and prices plumbing problems, using past conversations and requests.
We do not send marketing messages, sell your personal information, or share it for advertising.
Who else handles it
The plumber who accepts your request receives your name, phone number and address, the description of the problem and the quote you agreed to. No other plumber receives your contact details.
Companies that run parts of the service for us, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only to provide their service to us:
- Supabase: sign-in and our database.
- Amazon Web Services: the servers the app talks to.
- Twilio: sends the text message with your sign-in code, so it receives your phone number.
- Anthropic: its Claude AI models read what you type to the assistant, to understand the problem and write the next question.
- Sentry: receives crash, error and performance reports from the app.
- Pydantic (Logfire): monitors our servers. Its records of individual requests can include what was sent to and from the AI.
When the law requires it, or to protect someone’s safety, we may share information with authorities. If Fixly AI LLC is sold or merges, your information passes to the new owner under this policy.
Where and how long we keep it
Your information is stored and processed in the United States, and travels between the app and our servers encrypted. We keep it while you have an account. We have not yet set automatic deletion periods, so until we do it stays until you delete your account or ask us to.
Deleting your account
In the app, open Help & privacy and tap Delete my account. You can also email support@lanski.ai.
You can’t delete your account while a request is waiting for a plumber, or for 7 days after a plumber accepts one. That lets the plumber reach you and lets either of you raise a problem with the job.
When you delete it, we delete your sign-in account and remove your name, phone number and address from the app’s records. We keep the conversation, the diagnosis and any quote you agreed to, without those details attached. Copies in our backups and in our service providers’ logs are deleted on their normal schedule. The plumber who took your job already has the details that were shared with them. If you typed personal details into the conversation itself, email us and we will remove them.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@lanski.ai with the phone number on your account. We check the request comes from the account holder, and we answer within 30 days.
Children
Lanski is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use information we already have, we will tell you before it applies.

No vendemos tu información.
